Do you just want people to think you're carrying whatever name it is?
Just curious-never understood why people do this.
Usually, if you're buying designer purses its bc of the quality of them - I don't get why people spend 50-60 on a fake-poor quality designer bah when they could probably get a decent quality bag at the same price.
Just asking, not knocking...
LMAO designer doesn't mean quality, just notability. .
BTW.. knock offs don't always have the designer names they are trying to imitate on them.
Quoting hotmommytutu:I won't lie, I like the name brand stuff.....always have and if I can't afford it just yet, I wait until I can. I'm not going to buy a fake and pretend I have the "real thing."
Everyone I know buys the name brand ones just for the brand(they always shop at the Coach outlet). I have a few real name brand purses and hardly use them since I have 2 small boys and I am in love with my Skip Hop diaper bags. I had one for years and then my mom bought me another one and I just like how they strap on to the stroller and the designs are cute!
I also hate how the fake ones look so cheap!
I buy my handbags at 2nd hand stores so I have no idea if they're legit or not. If they're inexpensive I assume they are. The stores usually pulll out the good stuff and sell it in a different section for more of what it's worth. That's more than I'll pay! I pick the bag by it's look and features. The name never factors into it.

From what I've read about it, that's only the ones sold on the streets or online claiming them to be "real sheep skin". I buy them at target and they feel pretty fake to me. The fur doesn't even look to be from any kind of animal. I could be wrong but I don't think these are made from raccoon dogs, which is terrible by the way.
Quoting b0bbied0ll:You do know that raccoon dogs are tortured and skinned alive to make those knockoff Uggs you buy every year :/
Quoting heatherd09:
I don't. You can usually tell they are knock offs. The only knock offs I buy are ugg knockoffs. I love my slip on furry shoes in winter but they are usually dirty and yucky by the end of winter. That would upset me if I paid over 100 bucks for them rather than 12.
