I'm eating clean. Today my meals went like this:
Breakfast: two glasses of water, Greek yogurt, two boiled egg whites, portion of ham
Snack #1: one glass of water, apple, string cheese
Lunch: two glasses of water, sliced chicken wrapped in lettuce with cucumbers
Snack #2: one glass of water, cucumbers, sliced turkey
Dinner: two glasses of water, roasted chicken breast, cucumbers and raw broccoli.
I eat as raw as I can, nothing processed, lean proteins and complex carbs. It's very mundane and boring but it's great for my body.

Alot of fresh fruit and veggies during the spring/summer months since they are in season. Also alot of leaner meats and fish. I have found chicken sausage to be delicious in place of pork sausage.
