I made this tutu today. Originally I wanted to make a Halloween tutu but I was missing the ribbon for it so my friend suggested Harley Davidson which was perfect and the store was right down the road.
Update 07/30:
I decided to try the empire waist tutus, what do you guys think? This should fit a 6-8 year old knee length.
maybe that Harley store will sell a few tu-tus on consignment for you, especially with their Logo on the front like that.
I was talking with the ladies down at the Harley store since my friend and I brought the tutu with us to see which patch would work. She said anytime they have an event we can bring any of the Harley tutus and a few other tutus as well
