I know there are some of you mamas out there with killer abs. I have been working at it for 1.5 years now. First I had to lose weight. I could stand to lose a little more, but I feel like I should be able to see more than I can. I have had 3 kids and I'm 31, so I'm not complaining too much, just a little. =) Any tips? I eat VERY well, and I go to the gym daily. I know not to work the same muscle group on consecutive days. I do pilates and a variety of ab exercises, so my lack of definition is not for lack of trying.
