Could you live without a washer and dryer in your home?

I am debating about moving into this really nice huge apartment the only draw back is there is no washer and dryer and I have never lived without a washer and dryer that wasn't in my home. So, if you go to the laundry mat, or what ever is it really hard?

I lived without a washer and dryer, for years!!! So, yes....I could. BUT, I would rather not have to.

Nope. Growing up my mom would wake us up early in the morning to go to the laundry mat and I hated it. Since becoming an adult and living on my own. I ALWAYS had a washer and dryer. That is one thing I would not compromise on.

I've done it and hated it. I wouldn't recommend it.

I have before. It sucked having to carry the laundry to the car, etc. The only good thing is I could do a bunch of loads at once and be outta there in just over an hour. Now at my new apartment we have two washers and two dryers. Same prices as the laundromat.

AHH!  I did for a few years and it totally sucked. I have one now.

It's bad that I still get behind on my laundry.

I don't feel comfortable in laundry mats.. Even in our very safe area the laundry mat is in the crappy part of the next town over and I would never go there alone.
