I am kind of new to Cafe Mom. I just had to share that I had a wonderful 11 mile run this morning. I feel so good right now. I have also lost 12 pounds since moving to the Bay area last November. I have another 10 pounds to go.
I am on a high. But I know in about 2 hours, I am going to want to take a nap. LOL.
Anybody else run to relieve stress and to lose weight?
