What do you think I should weigh? Bored *edit
What would your idea of an "ideal" weight and size be for a 5' 7", small framed, 31 year old, box built lady be?
I would love to weigh 120, but I don't think I will ever get there. I am very stuck at my current weight. I go to the gym 6 days a week for a couple hours a day and I eat a plant based diet (no meat or dairy). Maybe I'm not meant to ever be 120. BTW, my current weight is 130. I'm up 5 pounds from last year, but my clothes still fit fine and considering I eat well and am at the gym 10-12 hours a week, I have my fingers crossed the gain is muscle. If only I could move the thigh fat to my boobs and the bit of belly (thank you boys) to my hips, then maybe 130 would be ok with me. =)
