did you ever have a scary ultrasound? pics and we dont know what is wrong yet

I know none of you are dr, my dr told me most likely my baby i am carrying has a cromosome disorder, but WOULD not tell me what she thought it was, however told me most likely I wouldnt carry it. it had a heart beat of 158. here are a few pics, the baby has fluid on the stomach and back, and the neck has alot. well it wont let me add a pic, so i will see if i can in a comment

yes she told us she couldnt be sure what it was, and wasnt going to say what she thought it was, though she said she was pretty sure she knew she wanted us to go to the specialist, making a joke said he studied 2 yrs longer for this kind of stuff.

  she did tell me be perpared cause most women will miscarry early in pregnancy, she also said it was a cromosome disorder and nothing i could of done

I don't know why they didn't tell you what it may be. Maybe they didn't know for sure and want to send you to a specialist, like maternal fetal medicine to confirm. Try not to stress (I know easier said than done). That's not good for baby or you. Please hang in there. I'll be praying for you and your little one.

I had a 3d ultrasound done and was convinced my son had a cleft lip and the technician didn't say anything when I asked. It showed up on more than one image. Turned out he was just fine.

This is the only one I can find on this computer but I was also on medication that has side effects of left palate

They wanted to do the test on the placenta the same day as the ultrasound for my daughter. I told them no. My doctor wouldn't tell me anything before the ultrasound at the other hospital. Good luck with your test.

They found a cyst on my sons brain at 19 weeks. I had to wait til my 3rd trimester for another ultrasound. The cyst could have been an idicator for Trisomy 18 or Trisomy 21. I was freaked out like crazy, the time was slowly creeping by. I had my 2nd ultrasound at the clinic beginning my 3rd trimester and they took their time to look more closely and it was gone. It resolved itself.
