i am 5'3'' 250lbs roughly... im 26. pretty much healthy (internally) as far as cholestoral (sp) and no diabetes. i have a small hernia in my stomach but drs say its not bad enough to operate on.
i want to be healthy. i want to be a size 12 again.... i have a thicker structure always have. im an h cup chest and will always have hips and ass... i look best at a 12.
i need ideas ladies.. im in louisville ky area..
i know the basics cut out junk food/ eating out/ soda (which is rare for me anyways maybe 2 cans a month)
any advice is welcome
