I've got baby momma drama on top of having to get a biopsy, ugh!
Today had been a day from hell. I found a lump on my tongue 4 days ago. I went to the dentist today and he scheduled me an appointment with an oral surgoen to have a biopsy done. As I am leaving the office I get a text from facebook. Dh's daughter's mother texted him saying dh needs to contact her because his daughter wants to see him. He contacts her and say's he like to have a relationship with her. She started bringing up the past and blaming him for him and his daughter not having a relationship. What happened was she took him to court and got his visitation revoked. Well he told her he's not getting into a pissing contest with her about what happened in the past. Let's just move forward and work on building a relationship. 2 hours later I saw she posted on facebook that my dh was a dead beat pos and she was done with him. I told my dh about it and he contacted her and told her not to post stuff about him on facebook. She basically told him to go F himself that she will say what she wants. She told him that her daughter doesn't need his shit. That she will take him to court and let her daughter speak and be done. She tried to say he was violating the court order. How? He pays his child support in full and on time. He doesn't take his visitation per the court. He has insurance on her per court order. He sends her money on her birthday and christmas. I don't know what she's trying to prove. Just one big mess!

How was she able to get visitation revoked? Thats kind of hard unless he is a dead beat

He had a charge brought up on him before just after he got visitation with his daughter. He didn't even know about his daughter until she was 13 months old. She had to test 3 different guys before he was tested and proven to be the father.

What kind of charge? They don't just say oh he's bad take his rights away. Many felons get to see their kids.
