I babysit in my home. Is there a limit on how many kids I can have at 2 time? I'm in indiana

Doesnt matter what you call it.  For some laws once you have a certain amount it is no longer babysitting and is looked at as a business.  I would just look at Indianas laws/guidelines for childcare.   I once babysat for 6 children under the age of 5 and OMG never again.  This was in my teen years and i am in my 30s now.

The kids I sit are 1-2-3-5 and my son is almost 5

It is 5 or fewer unrelated children. If you go over 5 then you need to be licensed. So you can have 5 of your own kids and 5 unrelated kids in your home. You just can't have more than 5 unrelated kids. Hope this helps!
