I am trying to get rid of this weight from having babies. I bought the DVD before I got pregnant with my last baby who is now 11 months. My question is this when is the best time to work out first thing in the morning or before bed and does the shred work? And how do you get motivated?
I also have the zumba for the kinnect should I switch it out some the shred one day zumba the next or wait till I get past the 30 days? And should I eat before or after the work out?
