I just ate a HUUUUGE breakfast (under 300 calories though!)

Cell phone pic so not the most appetizing. :) 2 eggs, ff cottage cheese, tomatoes, green beans, and mushrooms with LOTS of seasoning. :D 290 calories - and it's HUGE.. that's a full size dinner plate.
Looks good! Congratulations on the weight loss. I really need to start eating like that.
But that avacado with fresh lemon juice, sea salt and fresh black pepper was SO worth it :)
I lose inspiration for things to make really easily. Any awesome meal ideas to share that are working for you?

Before I became a vegetarian I just ate a ton of grilled chicken breasts with salads etc. Now I eat a huge variety of food and I blog about it so check out my site for ideas if you'd like them! :D

I don't mind 16 grams of fat for breakfast when it's got over 30 grams of protein. But, I like to eat big in the morning after I work out so I'm not hungry all day.
