I just ate a HUUUUGE breakfast (under 300 calories though!)

Cell phone pic so not the most appetizing. :) 2 eggs, ff cottage cheese, tomatoes, green beans, and mushrooms with LOTS of seasoning. :D 290 calories - and it's HUGE.. that's a full size dinner plate.

yum!!! my fav is 4 egg whites with sliced tomatoes on a whole wheat tortilla.  300 cals, TONS of energy for workouts and keeps me full.
