DOES EVERYONE GO THE FIRST DAY OF SCHOOL?

Well Monday is the first time my youngest will be going to pre-school and hubby and I are going and MIL and FIL may also be there.  I dont think my Mom will be there though.

Caiden starts kindergarten Tuesday. Only me and dh are going.

Well in preschool you spent the first day at the school, but they do ask only parents. It's usually just one parent per child. But we are unable to make K first day of school. I'm not happy about it but it's that or we be thousands miles away from my husband/his dad and us being a together is more important.

It's dd's first day on the 6th. And dh and I will drop her off and we Will be walking her in not going through the drop off.

Her first day of Pre-k and Kindergarten, it was my mom, hubby, and I. Now, it's just me or hubby, depending on who is home.

 our schools have a seperate meet the teacher day before school starts so i'll just be dropping mine off. maybe i'm weird but it's just school. i don't think everyone needs to come see my child go to school. my daughter is in 1st grade and will be riding the bus. my son is in preschool and i have to drop him off. i'll walk him in for the first week to make sure he knows where is classroom is and where to put his stuff and then i'll start letting him go in by himself.

We didn't and I cried after we left but she did fine. DH and I just went through the drive through. We had already been up there and met her teacher, saw her classroom etc.
