A while later I end up back home and go to turn the car off and come inside. No go. Key is stuck in the ignition. The car has been running from 6:40-10:30 . Needless to say most of my gas is now gone. Went to carmax where I bought the car and they refused to help because I couldn't pay the 200 dollar deductible. I begged "please help I don't know what I can do it wont turn off. I drove.the 40 minutes here. I don't have any money."
"Sorry" they said.
I left in tears. My moms neighbor showed me how to pull the fuel pump fuse to stop the engine. We also had to disconnect the battery to make it stop running all together.
I called the man who sold us the car about 5 times before he called me back. He listens to my plight and responds " what do you want me to do? I'm not loaning you money. Listen I'm sorry I know it sucks but.that's your problem not mine."
I respond in a tearful voice "I would never beg for money and that never crossed my mind. I only called you because you sold us the car and I though you could help, offer advice or something but thanks " and I hung up.
then I called and complained to the supervisor over my poor treatment both when I came in and when I finally managed to have the dealer call me back.
I'm still waiting on a call from the supervisor to let me know what kinda deal he worked out. My day is sucking in the worst way
