I think mine is either chicken or beef fajitas in the pot! With some beans..yum!
Quoting little.worthen:
Cream Cheese Ranch Chicken
4 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
Paprika
1 Pkg Ranch dressing mix
2 TBSP butter
1 TBSP butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
8 oz. cream cheese cubed
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp. minced garlic
1/2 to 1 tsp dry ranch mix
Place chicken in thebottom of the crock & sprinkle with paprika & package of ranch dressing mix. Distribute 2 TBSP of butter over chicken and cook on low for 4 hours.
Melt 1 TBSP butter. Add soup, cream cheese, garlic & 1/2 to 1 tsp of ranch dressing mix. Stir until smooth, pour over chicken & cook for another 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
*This is the original recipe I found. I do not add the broth anymore because the chicken makes more than enough of its own during the cooking time.
**Also, I do not melt all of the ingredients together in a saucepan before pouring over the chicken. I simply throw it all in at the end of the first 4 hours & let it cook for another hour. Then serve over egg noodles!!!!!!!
Our family favorite!!!!!!!
***I also buy the ranch dressing mix in the large container so I am not using just part of the 2nd package & letting the rest go to waste.
Super easy!!! Recipe on page 3 :)
