EPSOM SALT BATH
2lb Epsom Salt
2tbl sp cayan red pepper sauce
1 fresh lemon
1tbl sp sea salt
1 cup cider vinegar
Warm water , relax for longer than 15 minutes..
Ok I was told that this is a bath that pulls the toxins out of ur body, is good for muscle pains, joint aches, poison ivy, and many other illnesses as a holistic healing or something.
I call it a Cajun marinade lol but I'm curious to know what you think of this concept.

The epsom salt is wonderful for aches and soreness, but I've never heard of the other stuff.

Anything that makes you sweat will pull out toxins. Sweat and urine detox you every day. Cayenne pepper and vinegar will cause minor chemical burns, which would make you sweat more.
