Its old but roomy! Our landlord actually wants to pay dh to do the siding and the woodwork on the porch! But idk when..early next spring...but were gonna start building our house...poor dh will never sleep again!

I love old houses too! I never thought I'd live in one. I love it. I don't know very much only that the previous tenant had 6 kids and was indicted for theft. Lol. I'm hoping I can find out more!
