Fridge had to start working now...

Landlord sent someone to look at the fridge.  Each morning I wake up and there is at least a cm of water on the bottom shelf.  Then I dry it off each morning, and by the next morning its full of water.  Its always wet!  So, the dudes come out, say nothing is wrong and leave.  I kid you not, 15 minutes later I check and there is water again!  I have no idea where its dripping from.  I called them back and it was over an hour ago and thy still haven't come out again.  I'm not making this up, its dripping and ruining anything on the bottom shelf.  GURRR

Any ideas what it could be?

Ours did that when a hinge broke on the door. We had it repaired.
