I am making some projects using comic books but I need a good place to buy comics that are less than pristine-I don't want to cut up the nice ones.LOL.
I tried Ebay, but are there any places online to buy maybe used comics or some with defects in them cheap?

Check out craigs list, comic book shops, even the flea markets.

Antique stores, flea markets, and craigslist is where I would get them! So wanna know what the project is now lol.

Do you have a comic book shop in your town? Or used book stores? We have a place called Half-Priced Books and they sell tons of books and they have comics too. You might be able to find cheap or free comic books on Craigslist.

Antique stores always have old cheap comics :) I was thinking of using my old comic books to decoupage a table but could not bring myself to do it lol man I will always be a nerd!
