I started kickboxing (at home) and let me tell you it was pretty intense. But i think i like it! I was 60lbs lighter before i got pregnant and lost only 22 of it after and its been 5 months (tomorrow) that i have had my little amazing blessing and i somehow gained all but 2lbs of it back :/ i've beaten myself up over it long enough and today i finally got up off my butt and i did something about it. And ill continue to do so!

Do any of you ladies workout? If so what is your exercise of choice?

Wish me luck and send good vibes my way. I will loose this 60lbs!!!!

I walk.  Which keeps extra weight off my belly but it doesn't help reshape my body.  I'm thinking of yoga and mild aerobics or simple dance.  


I used to use the PS2 DDR - omg that melted weight off.

Good for you!! I walk & go to Zumba. But I'm getting ready to start working on Monday so looks like I'll be going back to the gym (I have a membership but get bored easy)
