I started kickboxing (at home) and let me tell you it was pretty intense. But i think i like it! I was 60lbs lighter before i got pregnant and lost only 22 of it after and its been 5 months (tomorrow) that i have had my little amazing blessing and i somehow gained all but 2lbs of it back :/ i've beaten myself up over it long enough and today i finally got up off my butt and i did something about it. And ill continue to do so!
Do any of you ladies workout? If so what is your exercise of choice?
