No... My apt is hot. I never have to use the heat in the winter but the ac has to be on 71 in the summer or it's too hot.

It's freezing right? We got home from the Caribbean last night and I sat on the heater vent for a good 40 minutes.

It's an infa-red electric heater. We have fuel oil & at $4.07/gallon, we need something to supplement.
