Anything to make the swelling go down besides ice ?pic

I think I've learned my lesson/: & i wont be wearing anymore heals for a very long time :( is there anything I can do to make the swelling go down without using ice ? Anything I can take ?
I just can't do ice right now because its already cold over here,

I can move it, soo I know it's not broke, But If the swelling doesn't go down in the next hour or two I'll goto the hospital, it's freezing here too cold for ice

Suck it up with the cold and ice it. Wrap a blanket around yourself if you're that cold.  Meds aren't the alternative to proper care.

Oh gosh that looks painful!!,I never wear Heels so I am no help lol,my first thought was use Ice.

 If you have an ace bandage wrap it and take motrin.  Definately ice it though. 

I would go get it checked, just because you can move it doesn't mean you didn't break anything.

You need to ice it. Wrap up in a blanket and put ice on your ankle. When you have an injury like that you need to ice it. If you go to hospital they will put ice on it.
