I took my son when he was about 3 months old. He slept the whole time in the one store. It wasn't as crazy as I thought it was. We didn't have any problems.
I do not...
My older daughter, who is 20, works at a Major retailer... She is on the Schedule from Midnight to 10am.. She asked me to drive her there & PIck her up... I shop that store when I drop her off... So technically, I guess I do!!
My 9 year old is in bed at the time... But I never brought her, or the other one out on Black Friday
Quoting Elle.tea.22:Some people seem to enjoy the risk of their kid getting hurt with all those crazies out.
Quoting KristyB:My best friend and I started taking our girls along last year. They were 10 & 12 at the time. They had a blast and we loved having them with us. Black Friday shopping has been a tradition for us since we were in high school and now we feel like our girls are old enough to become part of that tradition. My best friend was married to my first cousin for 10 years so our daughter's aren't just friends, they are also family. I hope they carry on the tradition of Black Shopping together all of their lives and that its as special to them as it is to me and Janelle.
