It's kinda processed but cook noodles, add cheese sauce (it's in a pasta sauce jar but it's orange, I forget what it's called) mix in sharp cheddar and top with your fav cheese and bake until the cheese bubbles on top. I like that crunchy baked cheeseyness though:

I just use a box, lol, but you may find a recipe on this group, too:

make a roux-equal parts flour and butter and cook for a few minutes to cook out the taste of raw flour. add  milk and cook until thickend, it has to come to a boil to reach it thickness, add cheese. pour over cooked noodles, cook them a littl shy of done because they will continue to cook in the oven, top with extra cheese or bread crumbs and bake in the oven until brown and bubbly. I forgot to add: season your roux with salt pepper and what ever else you like maybe some garlic

I use elbow macaroni, boil it, drain.  I get shredded cheddar cheese, put the macaroni in a bake dish, add milk anc cheese and bake on 350.

This will make a lot

do 1/4 cup of butter, melt in bottom of large pot

add 1/4 cup flour, mix, and cook until slightly brown.

slowly pour in 4 cups of milke while using a wire whisk to encorporate the roux and milk, do this over med heat, milk should be room temp or warmer (few mins in micro)

when that is mixed in, add two bay leaves

let that come to a simmer,

add 1 tsp nut meg

tsp ground mustard

paprika (a nice smoky one preferred)

salt and white pepper (heavy or light as you like)

Take off heat

add 2 cups of a shredded cheese, I prefer a real sharp cheddar and some locatel .

Mix in 2 boxes of pasta of your choice, boil it first, but not all the way done, until its soft and just shy of al dente (center of pasta still a bit tough)

put into a big baking dish.

You can cover with bread crumbs, or more locatel, or tomatoes, whatever you prefer (or nothing)

bake for about 40 mins.

best ever.

If you're a cheese lover - mix up some other cheeses in here. like a gruyere mmmmmm
