Every month I get depressed and bloated around my period. Are there any natural remedies to get rid of this? I drive poor dh crazy and it makes me crazy.

I take B complex (and others), am vegan, and exercise often.
I am a flipping lunatic around that time of the months.

Turns out I have a hormone imbalance. Birth control really helps.
And Zoloft... Heh.

Ditto!

I get super emotional and I find that B-complex vitamins, bubble baths, and working out helps me. I swear, every little thing makes me cry around that time of the month! lol

Scratch that B-complex vitamin statement. Recently I switched to taking pre-natals instead of my regular B-complex vitamin and prenatal vitamins have REALLY helped me!

Lol. My poor DH. Before I talked to my doctor, I would seriously be screaming and crying WHILE thinking to myself "why the hell Manu acting this way!?"

It's a miracle the man stuck it out. :)

I'm nursing, so I take prenatals and an extra b. :) I can feel a HUGE difference if I forget them for a few days.

B complex gives me tons of energy, too!- so nice!

LOL! Awww, that is good you have a patient Dh.

I know that during my last period I was volunteering at my dd's school and we were all in the gym. While my dd was playing I remember I tried to bend down and talk with her when she accidentally hurt another child and she ran away from me. I ended up going out in the hallway bawling my eyes out from that and I was thinking "WTH!!!" the whole time! LOL
