1 mom liked this

With the level of disorientation in your typing yes I would be concerned.    Did you eat less or drink more alcohol in the past few days?

Dizziness can be caused by many things.  If it keeps up, make an appointment for tests.   I get it sometimes due to my allergies (not enough oxygen) or if anemia is flaring (low blood iron).  It can also signal blood sugar out of whack, something going on with ears, etc.

Since you're pregnant, does your OB's office have a nurse on call? You should probably get checked out in case it's your blood pressure.

Get checked out. Better safe than sorry.

I agree with too picky.  Call the office in case of blood pressure.   Your title didnt complete itself to say you were pregnant.
