Last night I became in the mood to bake a cobbler. Ive made many peach and a few blueberry ones from scratch and everyone enjoyed them. Now I want to make a chocolate cherry cobbler. Now the question is shall I mix chocolate into the cherries then place them into the cobbler or add the chocolate to the cobbler and leave the cherries as is?

I think chocolate into the cherries.  Also, please post a recipe when you get it figured out!  :)

I think I'd make the cobbler chocolate by adding cocoa to it.

How do you want to do the chocolate? If it's liquid then I would spoon it in swirls. It is going to be so yummy! Good luck!

I was thinking of using some semi-sweet chocolate chips. I would either just leave the chips as is and toss them with the cherries or melt them down and mix into the cobbler batter.
