About 4 hours. I"m in pain all the time. I have a degenerative disc disorder and a disc pressing up against a nerve most days it hurts just to have a shirt on.

I go to bed at ~12am and wake up at 6am. So, usually I get 6 hours M-F, but I get more sleep on the weekends.

Ambien has been my saving grace.  I get restful sleep...some nights more than others.

Mostly six hours. Sometimes seven. Never eight. And never ever without waking up in the middle of the night at least twice and struggling to get back to sleep. After 4am, I don't even try.

I am an insomniac.  Lately I've been getting 4 1/2 - 5 hours of sleep per night with is REALLY GOOD for me.  I usually function on 2-3 hours per night....and am able to get around on 1 hour or less for up to two weeks at a time.

My kids are decent sleepers.

I doze. I sleep sitting up because of my bad asthma. Been doing that for the past 6 1/2 yrs. and prior to that I only got about three on a good night.
Like I said,I doze off for about 20-30 minutes, wake up and
stay up for about another 30 to an
hour so if I added it all up...about 2-2
1/2 hours.
My kids get quite a bit actually LOL! 9-10 hrs. All the way thru...luckys!
