Anyone know anything about Bulova vintage watches?

I inherited one from my MIL. I know its 1968, Bulova. Its oval faced, 10K gold. On back it says RGP Bezel. Numbers on bottom of back plate say P40041. It has 12, 3, 6 and 9 with gold nicks in between those. Can anyone tell me anything about it?

Take it to a jeweler. I believe Kay jewelers sell that brand. You can probably find out for sure from their site.

I have one that is about 12 yrs old and it is still going strong. :)

I was trying to find something about one that I have a couple weeks ago. Best info I could find was to take it to a jeweler.

1 mom liked this

I would take it to a jewelry store.  Personally I wouldn't take it to a big box jewelry store, but a independently owned store.

Here is a forum/site for bulova watch fanatics.  I bet they would know exactly what you have.

As far as worth it will probably be equal to its worth in gold and gemstones. Like if it has 1 ounce if gold it will be worth the price if the gold. I have several watches I inherited and the only ones that have ever had any value as actual antiques are rolex's.
