Nope. No pain. Local anesthesia so was awake through the whole thing. Didn't feel it. A few hours later I was able to walk again still didn't feel it.

Had mine tied after a c-section. No side effects that I am aware of. My periods are heavier and last longer but I have a uterine polyp which my dr. says is causing the period problems.

Had it done aftwr my c sec
Had a c sec prior and the second recovery was a bit longer and i assume it was because of it

If anything ive noticed heavier periods and i was already like this
Otherwise i havent any issues from it like its been thrown out there
Its so hard to tell being as you get older your body changes anyways.

Only thing i will say is make sure its whay you want and you are still at an age you can have babies.

I regret getting them tied its been 7 yrs and I still don't have enough saved to untie them. Worst decision I ever made

Had mine done this summer. It was so easy, I was at the pool with my kids that afternoon.

And it's had zero affect on my period. We are 100% done having kids, so I am very happy with the choice.

Had it done after my 3rd child periods gotta a lil crazy but there was some other underlying issues effecting that and ended up having a uterine ablation done now no periods at all and loving it! No side effects other than hubby wanting to play all the time lol.
