How much sleep are you getting?  I hope you arent overloading on caffeine to stay awake.  How are your grades currently?  I would study if i needed more practice with the material 15 minutes per class maximum otherwise you will go on information overload.

It's not the studying that can be too much. It's the stress and not getting adequate rest.  Over all, I don't think you're going to hurt your baby but if it's putting a strain on you, take a breather. :)

The woman in the avi pic is not me, she is my inspiration.  I am a wife, a mother, and an aspiring trainer and nutritionist. I love seeing people get fit and healthy to lead the lives they are meant to live.

Study, but dont overstudy. You are putting tooo much pressure on yourself. Relax some. What are you studying so hard for?

1 mom liked this

When I was in college, I found that the best strategy was to get a good night's sleep and then study (or do any school work for that matter) first thing in the morning. That's when your brain is most receptive to the information. I never studied very much in the evening, because it just never did any good.

Eat lots of healthy food, get your rest, and take care of that baby, because she is more important than anything!

Best of luck with your exams momma!
