In the off chance that my DD doesn't eat all of her food and I am still hungry, I will eat off of her plate. That doesn't happen often because most of the time my 7 year old, DD, is asking if I'm going to finish all of my food.

I just fix my own plate. We have enough plates, no need to share.

DD shares her food with me. Me and dh share food so its normal to us.

Ew, no, I don't but DH does. I don't eat off of anyone's plate but my own. I don't even like to go to buffets because I don't like communal foods, lol!
