I think ours is technically considered a basement and it is finished. There are two bedrooms(playroom, guest room) a living room a bathroom and the laundry/storage room.

I wish i had one. Basments are very uncommon in arizona. We had one in my old house in upstate new york that spanned under the whole house. Parts of it were walled off with locked doors and the stairs that lead to the basment had doors on the walls that opened on the other side into what would have been a dining room (my mom used it for my sister and i to sleep in bc it was massive) it was neat basment :]

We have a huge basement full of antiques from my fiances family. I put most of it on one side and we are trying to finish the other side as a game room for D&D and such.
