What would cause me to lose 6lbs in 36 hours? Im have been stuck sick in bed for the last day and a half.

6 lbs is a normal fluctuation.....could be water lose, water intake, loose bowels, not eating as much, ect...

no vomiting or diarrhea. im sure im not drinking enough water...i can hardly sit up.

Some of it could be normal fluctuation and the rest could be from thw illness. Be sure you are taking in fluids so you don't get dehydrated.

It's water weight. If you keep losing I'd be concerned but 5-10 pounds is a normal fluctuation

Yes. Its normal. Youd have to have a deficit of 35000 calories to lose 10 pounds of fat. It's normal
