Well why is no one talking about this??

There was another school shooting today. In Taft, California.
Kind of ironic that no one is talking about it.
Why not?? Cause these kids who got shot aren't as important or something?? Or does it just not fit the agenda of those who are trying to make other points right now??
What gives??

it was a high school not elementary...

high school shootings have been happening since the 90's

One person was injured and there were no deaths.  Of course it's not going to get as much news as a shooting where mulitple people were killed!  Even with that, it was still platered all over the Yahoo home page.  So yes, it did make the news and people have been talking about it.

Yeah you think that crazy my 2 bestfriend got shot in the in Akron Ohio acouple days ago. One of my friend died she was only 16 and 4 month pregnant with a lilttle boy and my other friend is in the hospital and could die any moment she still has the bullet in the back of her head and she has a tummor. So that's what's crazy and better yet my ex f*** boyfriend did it.

There are shootings, missing children, all sorts of homicides, etc every day but most of them do not make big news. I am not really sure what makes some of them seem like a bigger deal than others.

I know!! My Friiend wrote "omg another school shooting" on her fb. It wasnt on headlines, I came on here checked CE&HT and so on, nothing. Crazy right??

Idk I saw it on fox8 Facebook. Probably BC by what I saw there were no casualties and the teacher and other staff member talked the boy down. Its media.
