So what do You ladies put on your Salad ?
A typical salad for us is romaine or leaf lettuce, red onions, cherry tomatoes, cucumbers, sliced avocado, real black olives, julienned carrots and radishes, red bell pepper, feta cheese, spicy pecans or walnuts and home made balsamic vinaigrette.

I make many different types of salads,but love baby romaine with chickpeas, dried cranberries (strawberries in the summer) and balsamic vinaigrette.
Lettuce, rocket, escarole, shaved carrot, beets, cucumbers, tomatoes, fresh peas, fried onions, dressing.
Arugula, crisp romaine, radsh, sweet bell pepers, red onions, fresh olives, cucumber, fresh raw peas, shredded carrots and hothouse tomatoes. I usually just dress my salad with fresh squeezed lemon.
What is rocket?

Nuts, fruit, spinach, bacon bits, whatever I can find pretty much. My salads are awesome.
