weird pregnancy belly hardness...help! UPDATE

So I've been having more random contractions. And for the past hour my belly feels like its staying tight and hard....continuously! On my right side it kind of hurts..like my skin is being stretched from the hardness of my belly. Any of you experience this?
I'm 39 weeks and 2 days

UPDATE: no baby yet :( I saw my OB today. Nothing has changed. I've been two cm for a couple weeks. We are going to talk about inducing if I make it to my appointment next Tuesday. Which scares me! It Was horrible being induced with my DD!

That is what my real contractions were like.

Sounds like you are ready to pop

Sounds like you might be in labor.

2 moms liked this

Drink a bunch of water and lay on your left side. That should stop it if you aren't in labor.

Sounds like you need to go to the hospital. Anyone to drive you?

Is it on the side the baby is laying on?
