If you have received a speeding ticket how much did you have to pay and how much over the speed limit were you going?? Also what state do you live in??

I'm in California , last year I was going 55 in a 45 mph speed zone. My ticket was $250....

When I lived in California I got one for going 52 in a 45. It was 119. But that was 8 years ago. I have a perfect driving record now.

I've only gotten 1 ticket but I get pulled over quite a bit. The one ticket I've gotten was for 62 in a 55. It cost me nothing because almost all our friends are cops and one of them asked the cop that issued it to pull it for us and she did.
I tend to get pulled over a lot because I happen to drive a sports car.

Ive never gotten one. DH got one about a year ago for 300 for going I think 20 over.. maybe 15, I think 20. In TX.
