Beef. Its cut into small pieces...ive never cooked with it before but ive heard you can use it for tacos too.

Four cheese macaroni and cheese with broccoli.

However, because I made it with smoked cheddar and smoked Gouda, DD1 refused to eat it.  She said it was too strong and called it, "mac and ass-cheese".  *sigh*  So she ate two bowls of Cheerios and asked that the next time I make it, to please stick to cheddar and Velveeta.  DH liked it.  

Whatever.  Some nights I win and some nights I lose.
