I don't really see "potty" as a baby talk word.. I don't really wanna tell my husband "I have to poop." I'd rather say "I have to potty." it feels less gross.

NO. I still speak like an adult around other adults. And my son. He's almost 5 so we're done with baby talk. DD I still talk normally just a little higher pitched lol
