So for the last few weeks I have been having a shit ton of contractions. Timed! For hours then they quit. No progress...just stayed at 2 cm
Now today I wake up with bright red spotting. I call the labor and delivery. They say come in if I have the following: baby not moving, water breaks, blood is dripping out and or contractions.
So I go to bed and I just woke up to pee. I feel a lot of pressure! And I have no contractions .after weeks of them! ..but I'm having continuous cramping! I keep wiping and there is blood...not a lot. But every time I wipe. Idk what to do!
I'm 41 weeks tomorrow

Sounds like it.
I had no blood, but i kept pooping and getting cramps that felt like period cramps. Lol.
The real deal contractions start out so crampy and ease up on you. Get in a warm tub of water and see if it slows down. If so, you arent. If they dont, likely you are.
Stay hydrated.

Go in and labor contractions can start out like the feeling of menstral cramps.. Good luck!
