How much would you pay?

I have been given the opportunity to sell dog treats to a dog boutique here in my town. I need help with pricing. How much would you be willing to pay for dog treats. There will be a varity, but here is an example they are about 3 inches long

What is your cost basis?  Once you get that, why not think about pricing alternatives... for example- you might find it might more beneficial to sell them - 3 for $1.00 rather than .25 a piece.  Or you may find it more beneficial to increase the size of the treat and sell them for $1.00 each. Or add seasonal shapes- heart shapes for valentines day, etc.

What are they made with? People pay more for organic....but what does it cost you to make, package and deliver?
