Is there any way to share books that are not LendMe books with someone else who has a Nook? I am trying to let my sister read a book I have but don't know how to share them.

no. Not unless the book is one you downloading from a third party onto your computer.  If its a pdf file from your comp you just need to hook up your sisters nook, otherwise you could give her your account info and she can read it on one of the free nook apps for a computer or phone.

This. It's set up that way to prevent people from stealing books.
