BUNDT COFFEE CAKE
18 cut up dinner rolls
1 pkg. reg. (not instant) butterscotch or vanilla pudding
1 c. chopped pecans
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 stick melted butter
The night before arrange the rolls in a pan. Put all dry ingredients in a bag or bowl and mix thoroughly. Sprinkle over the rolls. Dribble the melted butter over all. Put in the oven overnight.
The next morning, do NOT preheat the oven. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. The last 10-15 minutes cover with aluminum foil. Cool for 2-3 minutes and invert.
