Laundry mat vs home washer and dryer

Do you use the laundry mat or wash clothes at home?

I live in an apartment that doesnt have a washer or dryer in the apartment but they are on site but I go to the laundry mat because it is faster, yea it cost money but it faster then going to my gmas and spending the WHOLE day at her place doing laundry

 I have my own that is provided by the landlord. We had to do it at the laundry mat once (for a couple months) and it cost $60 a month. Never again.

I used to go to the laundry mat for that same reason. But I went at night when my husband was home to take care of the children. I went to the laundry mat because I could use all the washers and dryers I needed at the same time and the same with the dryers. Got my laundry done in one tenth the time I would at home. Whatever works for you the best.

i love my set. however we have been talking about buying a house- or building- i want another dryer!!
