VIDEO: Girl Curses at Florida Judge at Hearing, Gets Sentenced to Extra 30 Days in Jail
After a Miami judge doubled 18-year-old Penelope Soto’s bond from $5,000 to $10,000, the teen seemed more than a little bit surprised.
“Are you serious?!” she exclaimed. The judge quickly responded, “I am serious. Adios.”
That’s when Soto, as she exited the court room, cursed at the judge and flashed him her middle finger. He called her back to verify what she had just said.
Once he did, she got what was likely the shock of her week when he said, “I find you in direct criminal contempt. Thirty days in the county jail.”
Soto was originally arrested for illegal possession of anti-anxiety medication.

LOL. Dumbass. I was sitting in court because I had a ticket that required a mandatory court appearance. Guy goes before the judge, starts cussing at him and such. By the time the guy got smart enough to shut his mouth, he had something like 120 days added to an original 30 say sentence. Those judges don't mess around with that stuff.
