The Most amazing thing Dad tells Mom they are Expecting
It was 13 years ago. The phone at the pizza place I was working at rang. It was my husband,he sounded worried. I thought one of our kids was hurt. He sad no, he had just gotten a call. The biomom of our son had just given birth to a baby girl. The adoption resource center had just called did we want her? We didn't even know the biomom was pregnant. We had 20 minutes to decide or they were moving down the list. I said what do the girls think(our two daughters 9,and10 at the time. They were over joyed at the thought. So I said, when do we get her? My hubby said two days. I said oh my gosh what will we name her my hubby said How about Samantha? You have always loved that name. I said ok yes and we got off the phone. He called them back and said we wanted her. That was the first time a guy called a girl,told them they were expecting,that it was a girl, and named her all in one 10 minute conversation. Two days later I was a mom for the 5th time
Today is my baby girls BirthdayDay!
