My daughter had some light excema on her. I started using St. Ives lotion...the one that is fragrance free for skin restoration. It got rid of it. It's also way cheap for lotion.

I've tried everything and nothing worked. Dermatologist prescribed a steroid cream.

We tried eucerin but I didn't like it, too greasy.
We use Vaseline intensive care intensive healing or something like that. It's the white bottle.
I use the original yellow myself always have.
But for my daughter we use the whitle bottle, then some Johnson's.
all her eczema is pretty much cleared up though. We were also using avenno hydrocortisone cream and breast milk on really bad patches.
She hasn't had a flair up since last summer except last week I noticed her geeks getting red. I put the avenno on and extra lotion on her face and she's back to normal now
Also to add we noticed water conditions affect her skin. While living in jersey her eczema was horrible. Living in Washington is gone. We went on vaca to jersey last summer and after her first bath at my moms her eczema patches started popping up all over.

Have you tried the Neosporin Exzema Essentials line? It works really well for my daughter.
